→ Caroline was Pauling's starter Pokémon. The Pokégear told Pauling that they're a caution for disaster, which she had to smile at when considering the things she has to do for her job. It's quite fitting, really.
She's careful and cautious and always keeps an eye out for both her trainer and her team.
→ Raymond was caught happily stomping around Violet City during Team Rocket's plot to turn all the garbage into Pokémon. Pauling remarked that he was kind of cute for a garbage-bear, which Raymond seemed to like. He was easy to catch after that.
Raymond is a big, smelly teddy-bear. He loves his trainer and everyone else. He gets on pretty well with Cassie, considering they both love to hug strangers; usually Cassie is appreciated more though...
